The Frontier Conference, depending on the number of participating schools, can be divided into one, two or three leagues as necessary.
The alignment of schools in each league varies by sport, season, year and gender. Competitive equity is the main criteria used in the determination of each leagues alignment.
The three leagues are:

Patriot
Pioneer
